What the world failed to appreciate about black history month is the fact that as in America, we British never paid a dime to reparations. However, with us, it was not only not to our African colonies, but also India, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Ireland, most of the Middle East and other beastly climates, as well as your own rebellious colonies. You have to admire our consistency.
